Journey to Sedona & Devil's Bridge
6:00 AM – Departure from San Diego
We begin our adventure early in the morning, heading out from San Diego in a camfortable luxary SUV.

12:00 PM – Departure from Phoenix
Meet the rest of the group in Phoenix as we continue our drive toward Sedona.

2:30 PM – Arrival at Mescal Trailhead
Our first adventure begins with a hike to Sedona’s iconic Devil’s Bridge. This 4-mile round trip is one of Sedona’s must-see experiences, offering breathtaking views and the perfect chance to connect with nature.

7:00 PM – Dinner & Introductions
After settling in our villa, we’ll gather for a delicious dinner and take time to get to know and connect with each other.

8:00 PM – Opening Circle & Setting Intentions
In this grounding session, we’ll set personal intentions for the days ahead, creating space for transformation and connection.

9:30 PM – Sound Healing & Meditation (Optional)
End your first day with a soothing sound healing session and guided meditation—an invitation to relax, release travel fatigue, and prepare for the days of adventure and renewal ahead.

Red Rock, Vortexes, and ... Magic!
7:00 AM – Breakfast
We’ll start the day with a nourishing breakfast to fuel our bodies and prepare for a day filled with exploration and connection. We will also prepair sandwiches for our hike.

8:00 AM – Boynton Canyon & Subway Cave Hike (7.3 miles)
Embark on an unforgettable hike through the stunning Boynton Canyon, one of Sedona’s most powerful and picturesque vortex sites.

we’ll pause for a women’s circle at the Boynton Canyon Vortex, inviting grounding energy, connection, and intention-setting in this sacred space.

Along the way, we’ll explore the unique Subway Cave, with its natural arch formations and breathtaking views.

We will stop for a picnic with most amazing views!

2:00 PM – Lunch & Jacuzzi
After returning from the hike, enjoy a relaxed lunch followed by free time to soak in the jacuzzi, rest, or simply enjoy the serene surroundings.

5:00 PM – Red Rock Crossing Sunset Hike (0.5 mile)
In the late afternoon, we’ll take a short, peaceful walk along the Red Rock Crossing trail, one of Sedona’s most iconic locations with stunning views of Cathedral Rock.
As the sun sets, we’ll pause to take in the magical colors reflecting off the red rocks—an unforgettable Sedona moment.

7:30 PM – Dinner
A delicious and satisfying dinner will bring the group together again, with time to share stories and experiences from the day.

8:30 PM – Deep Stretch & Relaxation (Optional)
Wind down the evening with a gentle deep stretch session, designed to release tension and restore balance after a full day of adventure.

River Adventure & Celebration
7:00 AM – Breakfast & Picnic Prep
We’ll begin the day with a satisfying breakfast and prepare our picnic brunch for the trail ahead.

8:00 AM – Oak Creek Trail Hike (8 miles, moderate)
Get ready for a unique hiking experience as we explore the beautiful Oak Creek Canyon. This trail combines the serenity of red rock landscapes with the playful adventure of hiking through sections of water—a truly refreshing way to connect with Sedona’s natural beauty.
Tip: Bring extra shoes or water-friendly footwear for the river part.

12:00 PM – Picnic Brunch Mid-Hike
We’ll pause mid-hike for a scenic picnic brunch by the creek.

3:00 PM – Lunch, Rest & Jacuzzi Time
After returning from the trail, relax with a light lunch and enjoy some free time—whether that means soaking in the jacuzzi, journaling, or simply embracing the peaceful atmosphere.

5:00 PM – Tlaquepaque Village Visit (Optional Airport Mesa Vortex)
In the evening, we’ll wander through the charming Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village, known for its Spanish-style architecture, boutique shops, and art galleries.
If desired, there’s also an option to visit the Airport Mesa Vortex, a powerful spot for reflection and panoramic views of Sedona.

7:30 PM – Dinner
We’ll come together for a final dinner to celebrate our shared adventures, laughter, and connections built over the past days.

8:30 PM – Dance Party (Optional)
To wrap up the day, join us for a fun and light-hearted dance party—a chance to let go, move freely, and celebrate our adventures!

Closing Adventures & Farewell
7:00 AM – Gentle Yoga Flow (Optional) Begin the morning with an optional gentle yoga session designed to connect your body and mind after a few adventurous days. This mindful flow will help you stretch, breathe, and set a peaceful tone for the final day.

8:00 AM – Breakfast & Event Wrap-Up
Enjoy a hearty breakfast together while reflecting on the experiences and connections built over the retreat. We’ll share final thoughts, gratitude, and highlights from the journey.

10:30 AM – Little Horse Trail Hike to Chicken Point (4 miles)
Our last adventure leads us along the Little Horse Trail, a scenic hike showcasing some of Sedona’s most stunning landscapes. We’ll make our way to Chicken Point, known for its sweeping panoramic views and vibrant red rock formations—a perfect way to close out our hiking experiences.
Optional Add-On: For those seeking an extra thrill, you can join the Broken Arrow Jeep Tour with Sedona’s iconic Pink Jeeps Tours (additional cost of $153) which will take you the same terrain but rather with the jeep!

2:00 PM – Picnic Lunch
We’ll enjoy a relaxed picnic lunch together, taking in the final moments of Sedona’s beauty.

2:30 PM – Retreat Wrap-Up & Drive Home
After lunch, we’ll gather for a closing reflection before starting the journey home, carrying with us the memories, connections, and renewed energy.
